This was the first of seven carousels that we would be visiting
during the NCA Convention in Colorado. The rules were simple, the
carousel would be still while people took pictures, after which they
would run the carousel without riders. After that, everyone got to
ride the carousel as many times as they could get away with before
the buses loaded to head on to the next carousel, or back to the
Hotel. This carousel is beautifully restored and in superb condition.
This was a good first impression of what the convention had to
offer, and having never attended a NCA Convention in the past, I felt
we were off to a really great start.
